I am SO excited to share one of the most extraordinary additions to my personal wellness practice and professional bodywork: NeXcia by Ashley Black.
Since February 2026, I've been using NeXcia personally and incorporating it into my massage sessions for clients, and the results I've experienced and witnessed have been extraordinary.
I believe in this technology so much that I've officially become a NeXcia affiliate — because when I find something that genuinely makes a difference in how we care for our bodies and overall wellbeing, I want to SHARE IT!

Coming in for a massage session is an opportunity to RECEIVE — to allow someone experienced to work with your body, address areas of tension, and create space for deep relaxation. I incorporate NeXcia into my hands-on bodywork where appropriate, combining intentional manual techniques with fascia-focused technology for a personalized experience as well as the full reset for lymph detox, red light therapy, and fascia support.
And what happens between sessions matters, too.
